The location was super convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the metro and within strolling distance of attractions. The room was spacious with a kitchenette that added comfort for late snacks.

Our room had multiple issues, including faulty electrical outlets that posed a safety concern. The kitchen was completely non-functional, with no dishware or utensils provided, making it impossible to prepare even a simple meal. To top it off, our room was not very modern, and the internet connection was frustratingly slow throughout our stay.

The air conditioning worked flawlessly during the heatwave, and I loved that a lovely lady found me a kettle for tea right away. After a long day, the marble floors felt nice and cool. The kitchenette made it easy for late-night snacks. My only hiccup was the Wi-Fi, which could be a bit spotty. 😊

Great place! The double room was super spacious with fab amenities like a kitchenette, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. They even had a lovely seating area and an inner courtyard view. The staff were super helpful and made me feel right at home. Location is a breeze for walking to Gran Via!
